A Subtle Lift, Precisely Applied

What is a Non-Surgical Eyelid Lift?

A non-surgical eyelid lift uses energy-based devices like ultrasound (Sofwave) and fractional laser (CO2) to firm and tighten the skin around the upper and lower eyelids—without incisions, stitches, or surgical recovery.

These treatments can be performed separately or in combination, depending on your skin tone, concerns, and preference for downtime. At Little Laser Clinic, we typically use:

Deep burgundy fabric with soft, flowing texture.

Sofwave

Delivers focused ultrasound waves to the mid-dermis, stimulating collagen and gently lifting the upper eyelids and brows.

CO2 Laser

Targets surface texture and fine lines on the lower lids and crow’s feet, improving crepiness and skin quality. It also tightens by triggering collagen remodeling in the treated area.

Carefully Planned, Comfortably Performed

What Is the Eyelid Lift Procedure Like?

We will evaluate your eye area during your consultation and design a personalized treatment plan. On the day of the procedure:

  • Sofwave: After numbing cream is applied, ultrasound is delivered across the brow bone and upper eyelid zone. Most clients feel a warming sensation, and the session takes about 30 minutes.
  • CO2 Laser: Applied with precision to the lower eyelid and periocular area after numbing. This takes about 15–30 minutes and may involve 3–7 days of visible healing, depending on laser intensity.

Both treatments are performed in-office with no general anesthesia. Most clients are in and out in under an hour.

Firm Skin Around the Eyes Again

What Conditions Does an Eyelid Lift Address?

We use eyelid lifting treatments to improve:

  • Drooping or hooded upper eyelids
  • Loss of brow support leading to heaviness
  • Under-eye crepiness or fine lines
  • Mild skin laxity and crow’s feet around the eyes
  • Tired or aging appearance in the eye area

We will let you know if non-surgical treatment is appropriate or if referral for surgical blepharoplasty is more appropriate for your anatomy.

Lift, Smooth, and Brighten

What Are the Benefits of a Non-Surgical Eyelid Lift?

Clients love eyelid lifting treatments because they improve the appearance of the eye area without dramatic changes. Benefits include:

  • Firmer, smoother eyelid skin
  • Subtle elevation of the upper lids or brows
  • Smoother under-eye texture and fewer fine lines
  • More awake, refreshed appearance
  • Minimal downtime and no surgical scarring

Best of all, results are gradual and natural—you’ll still look like yourself, just more rested.

Am I a Candidate for a Non-Surgical Eyelid Lift?

This treatment is ideal for adults with:

  • Mild to moderate eyelid drooping or under-eye wrinkling
  • Skin laxity that’s begun but doesn’t yet require surgery
  • Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI (Christine Chen, PA-C, tailors treatment safely for skin of color)
  • A desire for natural results with little to no downtime

A non-surgical eyelid lift may not be right for patients with severe eyelid drooping, significant fat pad protrusion, or those needing surgical correction. Christine Chen, PA-C, will assess your eye area and recommend the most appropriate option.

Eyelid Lift Recovery & Results

Eyelid Lift Recovery

Recovery depends on the treatment:

  • Sofwave: No downtime. Mild redness or tenderness may last a few hours. You can return to work or events the same day.

  • CO2 Laser: Involves 3–7 days of visible healing (redness, flaking, dryness), especially when treating under-eye texture or lines.

Aftercare includes gentle cleansing, hydration, and sun protection. Christine will provide a full recovery plan based on your skin type and intensity of treatment.

Eyelid Lift Results

Results depend on the treatment:

  • Sofwave results build gradually, with lifting and firmingdeveloping over 6–12 weeks.

  • CO2 laser results appear as skin heals, with continued improvement for several months as collagen builds.

Both options stimulate collagen, so results are long-lasting, typically 12+ months or longer with proper skincare and occasional maintenance.

Many clients choose to repeat treatment annually to maintain lift and smoothness in the eye area.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Sofwave delivers ultrasound energy that stimulates collagen in the upper eyelid and brow area, resulting in subtle lifting and firmness over time.

Yes, when performed by an experienced provider. Christine uses low-density, targeted passes to improve texture while minimizing risk to the delicate skin.

It depends on your concerns. Sofwave targets lift and firmness; CO2 laser focuses on texture and lines. Many clients benefit from both.

Botox can help lift the brow slightly, but Sofwave and CO2 laser improve skin quality and structure—making them great for addressing deeper causes of sagging.

Sofwave results appear gradually over 6–12 weeks. CO2 results become visible as skin heals within 1–2 weeks, then continue improving over months.

Numbing is applied before both treatments. Sofwave may feel warm, and CO2 can cause mild tingling. Most clients find both very tolerable.

Results are long-lasting but not permanent. You may choose to repeat Sofwave annually or CO2 laser every 1–2 years for maintenance.

Yes, for mild to moderate laxity. For more severe drooping or fat pads, surgery may be more effective. We will guide you based on your anatomy.

Sofwave has no downtime. CO2 laser may require a few days of healing, especially if the lower eyelids are treated.

Yes! Many clients combine eyelid lifting with microneedling, PRF, or injectables for full-face rejuvenation.
